Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MayraCab, we value your time and strive to provide reliable cab services across Bihar and neighboring states. We understand that plans can change, and therefore, we offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure your convenience and trust.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through our website or customer support channels are confirmed only after driver assignment. You will receive confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please ensure the correct contact number is shared during booking.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We allow customers to cancel their bookings as per the following conditions:

• Free cancellation if made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• If cancelled within 3 hours of pickup time, a nominal cancellation charge of ₹100–₹200 may apply depending on the vehicle assigned and location.
• In case the driver has already started traveling towards the pickup point, the customer may be liable to pay driver travel costs.

3. Cancellation by MayraCab

In rare cases, if we have to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen reasons such as vehicle breakdown, weather conditions, or driver unavailability, we will inform the customer immediately and offer:

• Full refund (if any amount was prepaid)
• An alternate vehicle (if available)

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or via bank transfer/UPI as per the customer’s convenience. Please note:

• Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 working days and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
• In case of cash payments, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank details shared by the customer.

5. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time and does not inform our team, the booking will be marked as a 'No-Show' and may be non-refundable.
